Good to be back and identifying. Have spent last 2 months having 4 eye surgeries and have now been fitted with new lens so I no longer have to wear glasses. I sure missed working on the Chimp and See project . I am still restricted to an hour a day broken into small time segments till next month. Has anything phenomenal appeared out of the forest? Would love a brief synopsis of what I missed. Bannd67

Welcome back @bannd67!! sooooo happy to have you back π
so as far as my part is concern, I can tell you that we have found quite a lot of chimps in GS with injured hands/arms/fingers. This is very likely a consequence of snares π¦
These are the chimps in GS with injured limbs:
Katie is a female missing right fingers.
Sal is missing her right hand.
GSFem14 It looks like there are some missing fingers on the left hand.
Cassini an adult male, his right hand is stragely turned.
Eliot an adult male, he lacks both his index fingers.
Will, and adult male, his left fingers are missing.
GSMale02, right hand of forearm are missing.
The same for the elephants, we have found three eles. with big cuts in their trunks: a big male called Gabela and two females here and here
Unfortunately I canΒ΄t tell you much about other animals, but maybe some volunteers can help you...guys?
I hope we see you at the Green Snowflake board!!

Nuria and Pugli enriched some chimp's lives:

ksigler created a very good chimp ID tutorial video:
Our scientists Mimi, Ammie, & Maureen did a cool podcast. That link & our discussion about it here:

Wow! You all have been busy. I loved the firehose project. Really inventive! I have to wait till first part of Dec. to get fitted for permanent glasses as I still have some blur. But am viewing for about 15 mins. at a time so I don't get headache. Thanks for your thoughts and the links!
