  Monkey appears to look at dead member of same species also very loud noise that shakes ground.

  I think that's a rock or large nut... The loud noise and shaking are caused by something bumping the camera, probably another monkey!

  I agree with Quia about the shaking of the camera but interesting inspection of the object, maybe our field team had touched that rock before and that is what lead to the inspection.
