White rectangle on chimp's back

Odd. This #chimp has something white and perfectly rectangular on it's lower back. It can't be seen in the preview stills but can be seen if you stop-motion watch at the very end. It looks like a big bandage, but of course it can't be, right?

It's not a leaf. I agree that it looks like an adhesive cloth of some type.

Is it not just a stick tangled in its fur? Or a thin strip of light-colored bark? I think it just looks like a rectangle because of motion blur, which you have in 2 directions -- moving right (also causing the ear to blur and look doubled), plus swaying back and forth as the back rotates. You can see it best without pausing the video, where it looks thinner in the split second the back is almost facing the camera. That's just my opinion, though.
It also reminds me of the Penguin Watch project. If anyone else has worked on that, you can see the amazing ease with which bird droppings become body art. 😃

Looks like a small plastic wallet to me - like a ziplock bag!
