  I honestly could not tell if this was an animal of some sort or something else. Could someone with more experience than myself help?

  What you see in this video is a red duiker. Here at Greensnowflake the red ones are all Weyns duikers. When you are going to comment about a video it may help to check for comments underneath the clip. In this case @Batfan has already commented with the correct tag (see left). But of course you're always welcome to ask your questions right here where you've done; that's ok. We're here to help!

  And don't worry if you are not sure how to classify: there are enough people looking at a clip so eventually there will be a concensus!
