This is a L'Hoest's monkey

  It was so cool to see a L'Hoest's monkey in this footage clip! I am just finishing my field research at Kibale National Park in Uganda on redtail monkeys -- and L'Hoest's are mysterious primates in Kibale and we know next to nothing about their behavior and ecology. Are there often sightings at the site where this footage was taken?

  Yes, I like them also very much. We see them very often at this site. In fact, most monkeys here are L'Hoest's mountain monkeys. You can find the tag group collection here: https://talk.chimpandsee.org/#/collections/CCPL0000ow
