Bird ID

  Anyone have any ideas what this rather large bird is?

  Possibly seen in ACP00031jg and ACP00025yx too.

  I think it could be a #rail (Canirallus sp.) not sure which one.. perhaps a #Grey-throated_Rail?

  Rail it is! Maybe an african rail? They're plain on the back. I keep thinking it's bigger than the 20-30cm rails are supposed to be, but it's probably a trick of the camera...

  Grey-necked rail should be 38 cm tall, but I can't tell from this video whether it could be the one. Sorry 😦
