I am not sure how this identity was assigned, but I do not see Alexis' face here - and none of her kids. At least Abile should react during mom's camera reaction. She does not look as if she had a dependent child right now.
She might be this single female from ACP0002la9 and maybe even the one (back view only) from ACP0002j3g. A bit more robust body build than Alexis, slightly gray back and legs, protruded swelling, baldness, brows - look interesting, a quite a dip in the middle, but the rest rather straight.
