Elephant foot care?

    Nuria, you told us that eles check things out with their rear feet. So how do we have to interpret this behaviour in video ACP000d6yr ? Is she also checking on things on the ground or is she just filing her nails? 😉

    there´s something on the ground that s/he (I think she, but not sure)´s trying to manipulate, not only with its front leg, but also with its trunk (sec.05) .

    Aslo, you call it "elephant foot care", and you are right...it seems to me that she is scratching herself, doing some "body care". Look at the next video: ACP000d6ys
