    @Corcaroli thanks for posting this. Hmm, so bonobos equate what humans call selfishness to dominance and prefer it over cooperation in individuals because sharing indicates weakness? Or am I drawing unfounded conclusions here. I will be interested to hear what you scientists think about this article.

    Thanks @Corcaroli, that's very interesting.

    I'm not a scientist at all but my assumption would be that humans developped cooperation at a later stage - so to speak after the survival of the fittest.
    And yes I'd love to hear some opinions of our scientists too!
